摘要:为了提高使用超声波法检测混凝土内部缺陷的准确性,开展了对存在已知缺陷区的普通混凝土和钢纤维混凝土试块进行超声波检测实验。检测区域包括缺陷区和非缺陷区。通过对测得的波速、首波波幅、频率、波形等参数的对比分析,得出超声波在混凝土中传播时,其参数变化规律,并对其变化的机理进行了分析。结果表明,必须综合运用波速,首波波幅、频率、波形等各种参数进行分析,才能提高超声波法在混凝土缺陷检测中的准确性。%In order to improve the accuracy of detecting inner defects of concrete by ultrasonic, this paper conduct ultrasonic testing experiments on normal concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete blocks with known defects.Detection regions include defective areas and indefective are-as.Through contrastive analysis on measured parameters including wave velocity,head wave amplitude,frequency and waveform,this paper obtains parameter changing rules while ultrason-ic transmits in concrete and analyzes the change mechanisms.Results show that only through conducting the analysis with comprehensive application of various parameters including wave ve-locity,head wave amplitude,frequency and waveform,can we improve the accuracy of detecting defects of concrete by ultrasonic.
