为比较问题式教学(PBL)与传统式教学(LBL)2种教学模式在胸外科授课的效果,文章选择2015级新疆医科大学临床医疗系临床班2个小组的学生作为研究对象,即PBL组和LBL组。PBL组28人,LBL组30人。授课结束后以闭卷考试的形式比较2组学生的考试成绩差别。结果显示,PBL组学生中位分数84分,显著高于LBL组中位分(74.5分),P=0.002。文章最后得出结论:PBL教学模式不仅能够提高学生的学习成绩和能力,同时还能增强学生的临床操作技能,值得在临床授课中推广。%In order to compare the effectiveness of using problem-based learning (PBL)and lecture-based learning (LBL)in clinical teaching on thoracic oncological surgery. 58 clinical medicine students in grade 2015 from Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled. The students were divided into two groups, who were taught by PBL method and LBL method respectively. At the end of the class, the examination scores in the two groups were compared. The results show that the median score of the PBL group was 84, which was significantly higher than that of the LBL group (74.5 points), P=0.002.In the end, the paper draws conclusion: PBL method of teaching not only improves the students’ learning performance and ability, but also enhances the students’ clinical skills. It is worth exploring and spreading extensively in clinical class.
