案例分析联合反思日记教学模式在护生带教中的效果研究

摘要

目的 研究案例分析联合反思日记的教学模式对提高护生学习兴趣、临床思维能力的效果.方法 随机选择2017年7月至2018年7月在本院心血管内一科实习的护生99名.按照实习时间,2017年7月至12月的护生为对照组,2018年1月至7月在心血管内一科实习的护生为观察组.其中观察组50人,对照组49人,对照组实行临床带教老师一对一跟班带教的方法,观察组在对照组的基础上增加案例分析联合反思日记的教学模式,通过出科理论、操作考试成绩和问卷调查护生临床思维能力培养的效果差异.结果 观察组护生的理论考核成绩、基础操作及专科操作的成绩均优于对照组(均P< 0.05),观察组护生在提高学习兴趣、提高学习积极性等方面的百分比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).结论 案例分析联合反思日记教学模式在临床带教中能够有效提高护生的学习兴趣,同时可显著提高护生临床思维能力,值得在临床推广应用.%Objective To study the effect of case teaching combined with reflection diary teaching mode on improving nursing students' learning interest and clinical thinking ability.Methods 99 nursing students taking internship at the first department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from July,2017 to July,2018 were selected.49 taking internship from July to December,2017 were set as control group,and 50 from January to July,2018 an observation group.The control group adopted one-to-one classroom teaching by clinical teachers;in addition,the teaching mode of case analysis combined with reflection diary was added in the observation group.The theoretical and operation examinations and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the effects.Results The results of theoretical assessment,basic operation,and specialized operation were all better in the observation group than in the control group (all P < 0.05).The percentages of learning interest and enthusiasm improvement were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (both P < 0.05).Conclusions Case analysis combined with reflection diary teaching mode can effectively improve nursing students' learning interest in clinical teaching and clinical thinking ability,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
