PURPOSE: A court department by a case and a necessary document guiding system are provided to transmit a court case breakdown list including work information according to each court department and document information necessary for the work to a mobile communication terminal of a user, thereby enabling the user to check the list in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A user authenticating unit(110) authenticates a user through a network. A court information obtaining unit(120) obtains court information that a user selects. A department information DB(200) stores information of a court department located in a specific court and location information of a department.
