Objective To establish qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of cyanidin 3-O-glucoside in Begonia fimbristipla hance. Methods The qualitative method was established with TLC and the quantitive method was established with RP-HPLC. Results The identification method with TLC for cyanndin 3-O-glucoside was specific and reliable. In the assay, the linearity of cyanidin 3-O-glucside ranged from 36 ng to 360 ng (r= 0.999 7, n = 6), and the recovery was 98.7%, with RSD of 2.02%.Conclusions Our detection method is suitable for qualitative and quantitive analysis of cyanidin3-O-glucoside in Begonia fimbristipula hance.%目的 建立紫背天葵中矢车菊素3-O-葡萄糖苷的鉴别及含量测定方法.方法 应用薄层色谱法建立鉴别方法,应用反相高效液相色谱法建立含量测定方法.结果 矢车菊素3-O-葡萄糖苷的薄层鉴别方法专属、可靠;液相含量测定方法中,矢车菊素3-0-葡萄糖苷在36~360 ng范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 7,n=6),加样回收率98.7%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)=2.02%.结论 本研究的方法可用于紫背天葵中矢车菊素3-0-葡萄糖苷的定性定量.
