DCE-MRI在神经系统中的应用

     

摘要

It is very important to sensitively, dynamically and non-invasively monitor the changes of blood-brain barrier in a variety of central nervous system diseases, such as stroke, hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, intracranial tumor and so on. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) is a functional imaging method which using small molecule paramagnetic contrast agent to evaluate the tissue blood perfusion.Through the Ktrans and other parameters,it can timely and accurately evaluate the leision inflammatory activity of multiple sclerosis and the degree of brain damage caused by spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.It can also provide earlier diagnosis of ischemic stroke and information for treatment planning. DCE-MRI plays a critical role in diagnosis and classification of intracranial tumors, and monitoring the response to treatment inmultiple sclerosis and ischemic stroke.%敏感、动态、无创地监测血脑屏障的变化对卒中、出血、多发性硬化、颅内肿瘤等多种中枢神经系统疾病的诊断和疗效监测有至关重要的作用.动态增强MRI(DCE-MRI)利用小分子顺磁性对比剂评价组织血流灌注、渗透性等血管特性的功能性成像方法,能够通过Ktrans及其他参数及时准确地反映多发性硬化病人脑内病灶的炎性活动情况、 自发性脑出血造成的脑损害程度,还可以更早地提供缺血性卒中病人诊断及治疗更多的信息.DCE-MRI对于颅内肿瘤的诊断和分级、多发性硬化和缺血性脑卒中的治疗以及疗效的监测都有积极的作用.
