基于DOE的多参数稳定性优化

     

摘要

建立了某增压柴油机的GT—POWER模型,模拟计算结果与试验数据吻合良好。在此基础上,通过软件的DOE优化工具,并考虑系统计算的稳定性,对发动机性能影响较大的4个参数进行联合优化。结果表明,进气管管径缩小为60mm,进气管长度缩短为40mm,进气正时提前5℃A,排气正时提前5℃A时,功率提高13.7%,扭矩提高10.8%,油耗降低16.6%。%The essay is to establish a GT-POWER model of one turbocharged diesel engine, and it is found out that the simulated results agree well with the experimental data. Hence by using the DOE optimization tools of the software, the model optimizes together the 4 parameters that have the greatest impact on the engine performance while considering the stability of the system calculation. The results shows that when the intake pipe diameter is narrowed to 60 ram, the intake pipe length is shortened to 40 mm, the intake timing is advance by 5℃A and the exhaust timing is in advance by 5 ℃A, not only the power is improved by 13.7% and the torque by 10.8%, but also the fuel consumption is lower by 16.6%
