基于 GT -POWER DoE 的发动机多参数优化

     

摘要

建立了某1.8L自然吸气汽油发动机的一维仿真模型.通过GT-POWER软件的DoE模块,进行了大量的模拟计算.得到了在满足发动机最大动力性和最佳经济性两个条件下的最佳进排气门开启角和进气道长度与直径值.使转矩和功率在中等转速均有11%的提高同时油耗降低了8%.%  One-dimensional simulation models of a 1.8L naturally aspirated gasoline engine were estab-lished based on GT-POWER.An enormous number of simulations were conducted by the DoE module of GT -POWER.The best intake and exhaust valve open timing and intake port length and diameter values were a -chieved under the conditions to meet the maximum engine power and best economy .Not only torque and power have a rise of 11%in the medium speed but fuel consumption is reduced by 8%at the same time.
