护理专业学位硕士研究生学业倦怠的质性研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the reasons for academic burnout of nursing postgraduates, and to provide corresponding solutions. Methods The study adopted The Rating Scale for Academic Burnout of Nursing Major Postgraduates, and 30 nursing postgraduates were recruited for evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, semi-structured interviews were conducted on 10 nursing postgraduates who score the highest, and the data obtained were then classified and analyzed. Results Five main themes for their academic burnout were established, including dislike for clinical practice, lack of systematic theoretic knowledge and professional guidance on scientific research, financial pressure, low social status, and bleak career prospects. Conclusion Findings showed that the seriousness of the academic burnout of nursing major postgraduates calls for great attention of colleges, universities and teaching hospitals which, for the training of high-quality talents, need to cope with the situation without delay.%目的 深入了解护理专业学位硕士研究生的学业倦怠原因,提出针对性的应对方式,及早进行有效干预.方法 采用《硕士研究生学业倦怠量表》对某高校30名护理专业学位硕士研究生进行测评,在测评结果的基础上对10名得分较高的护理专业学位硕士研究生进行深入的半结构式访谈,将获得的资料进行归类、分析.结果 得到5个主题:不喜欢临床实践;理论知识薄弱,得不到有效的科研指导;经济压力大;社会地位低;就业前景不明朗.结论 护理专业学位硕士研究生学业倦怠已相当严重,应引起高等院校及实践医院的高度重视,及早进行有效应对,进而培养出符合要求的高素质人才.
