Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients receiving orthopedic surgery.Methods Totally 80 cases of orthopedic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention additionally.The pain degree at 8 h, 1 d and 2 d after surgery was evaluated by numerical rating scale (NRS), and overall satisfaction rate of nursing was compared between two groups.Results The NRS score in the intervention group was lower than that of controls at 8 h, 1d and 2d after surgery respectively (P<0.01).The overall satisfaction rate was higher than that of controls, with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve satisfaction of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.%目的 探讨综合性护理干预在缓解骨科术后疼痛中的应用效果.方法 骨科手术患者80例随机分成干预组和对照组,各40例.对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预.观察2组患者术后疼痛缓解情况,评价患者对护理服务满意程度.结果 术后8 h、1 d和2 d,干预组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组患者总满意率高于对照组 (P<0.05).结论 实施综合性护理干预措施能有效缓解骨科患者术后疼痛,提高患者护理满意度.
