To provide a mechanism to properly verify the effect of a nursing care intervention.SOLUTION: The device for verifying the effect of nursing care intervention on a subject includes :means for generating a group composed of a similar part of the subjects of a plurality of subjects based on the past data related to the care of the plurality of subjects; means for dividing some of the subjects that make up a group into a first subgroup that performs nursing care intervention and a second subgroup that does not perform nursing care intervention; means for accepting verification data containing the value of a predetermined metric index for each of the first subgroup and the second subgroup after a lapse of a specific period; and means for determining the effect of nursing care intervention based on the comparison results of the values of each predetermined metric index of the first subgroup and the second subgroup.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
