TiO2 thin films doped SnO2 were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering deposition, which annealed at 700 ℃ subsequently,and gas-sensitive element which had highly sensitive and better selectivity for acetone were gotten. The microprocessor LPC2131 cored by ARM7 was applied to the testing circuit which measured the concentration of acetone gas. When gas concentration changes with the atmosphere , the circuit will measure gas sensor' s resistance,and the microprocessor will process and analyze the data collected by sampling circuit , through the nRF905 wireless transceiver modules , the system achieved data transmission. The system has function of wireless data transmission , which can be widely used in acetone concentration measuring timely at remote monitor occasion. It has the advantages of high sensitivity , strong anti-intederence, low power consumption , and circuit design simple.%采用直流磁控溅射法制备SnO2掺杂的TiO2薄膜,700℃退火后得到对丙酮具有良好选择性和灵敏度的气敏元件.将具有ARM7内核的LPC2131作为微控制器,设计测量丙酮气体浓度的测试电路.当外界气体浓度发生变化时,采样电路测量出气敏元件的电阻值,然后经过微控制器LPC2131处理、分析后,通过nRF905无线收发模块来实现系统的数据传输.该系统具有无线数据传输功能,且灵敏度高,抗干扰强,功耗低,电路设计简单,可广泛应用于时丙酮气体浓度进行实时、远程监控的场所.
