扭矩传感器在步进电机控制系统中的应用

         

摘要

The structure and working principle of the torque sensor were presented,as well as a specification about application in intelligent measurement and control system of molded low pressure breaker. A closed loop control system was proposed which comprised of torque sensor,integrated screwdriver( a concentric flexible bi-axis mechanism) ,and PLC. The close control toward integrated screwdriver was realized,which improved controlling accuracy of stepping motor,so as well reduced the cost of system. In the scene,remarkable results are consequently obtained.%文中介绍了扭矩传感器的结构及其工作原理,详述了扭矩传感器在塑壳式低压断路器智能测控系统中的应用,提出由扭矩传感器、一体化螺丝刀(同心双柔轴机构)、PLC组成的控制系统,实现对一体化螺丝刀的闭环控制,提高了一体化螺丝刀锁紧螺母的控制精度,降低了控制系统的成本,在现场取得了良好的控制效果.
