针对单对磁极磁编码器产生的电信号,提出一种新颖的算术运算方法对其进行分析处理.由正交放置在圆柱状磁体下方的两个霍尔元件输出双路正交信号,采用现场可编程门阵列( FPGA)芯片作为核心器件,对调理后的数字量进行椭圆校正、辨向、算术运算和非线性校正来完成信号处理,并直接输出旋转角度值.设计并实现了具有高速、高分辨率和高精度性能的单对磁极磁编码器.%A novel melhod naming arithmetic operations was proposed to analyze and process the generated voltage-signal from the single pair-pole magnetic encoder. Dual orthogonal voltage-signals were generated by two vertical hall sensors which were placed in the bottom of a columned magnet. When signal conditioning completed, rotational angle value would be directly displayed after determined the quadrant, performed arithmetic operations and nonlinear correction in FPGA chip. This paper designed and implemented the single pair-pole magnetic encoder with high-speed,high-resolution and high-accuracy.
