基于4G模块的高精度倾角测量系统设计

         

摘要

针对户外风电机组等设施组建局域网困难,但又需实时远程监控其倾角的问题,设计了一种基于4G模块的远程无线高精度倾角测量系统.该系统以STM32F103单片机为数据处理核心,SCA100T-D01双重轴倾角传感器为塔架倾角数据测试工具,测试数据由4G模块远程发送给基于QT开发的上位机交互界面.实践表明,该系统倾角测量精度高,分辨率高达0.0025°;实现了远程测量.%In this paper, a remote wireless high precision inclinometer measurement system based on 4G module was de-signed ,which is aiming at the problem of difficulty to set up local area network for outdoor wind turbine and real time remote control inclination was needed.The system used the STM32F103 single chip micyoco as the data processing core,SCA100T-D01 double axle angle sensor was the tower inclination data test tool,the test data was sent from the 4G module to the QT-based upper computer interaction interface.The practices show that the system has high accuracy and high resolution of 0.0025°,and realize the remote measurement.
