Single phase nano-sized Ba2Ti9O20 powder was synthesized by EDTA complexation -microwave method with metal nitrates and butyl titanate as raw materials and with ethylene glycol ( EG ) as esterification agent. EDTA complexation -microwave method adopted new type complexing agent EDTA to replace the traditional citrate ( CA ) in the sol - gel method and meanwhile used microwave sintering to substitute muffle stintering. Influences of different microwave powers (750,800,850 W ) on phase formation were investigated. Optimum power was obtained by the characterization of XRD. Influences of different sintering times ( 1,2,3 min ) on phase formation were also investigated. Structure and morphology of the product were characterized by XRD,SEM ,and TEM. Results showed that the product prepared by EDTA complexation- microwave method had better crystal form and morphology;the preparation time was shortened greatly and energy consumption was reduced. Optimum preparation conditions of Ba2Ti9O20 were confirmed,i. e. sintering power and time were 850 W and 2 min respectively.%以金属硝酸盐和钛酸丁酯为原料,乙二醇(EG)为酯化剂,在溶胶-凝胶法中采用新型络合剂EDTA代替传统的柠檬酸盐(CA),同时用微波烧结取代了马弗炉高温烧结合成单相纳米粉体九钛酸钡(Ba2Ti9O20).分别考察了微波法中不同的烧结功率(750、800、850W)对相形成的影响,通过XRD表征得出最佳功率;然后考察不同烧结时间(1、2、3min)对相形成的影响.采用XRD、SEM、TEM等表征技术对样品的结构与形貌进行了表征,结果表明:EDTA-微波法所得产品晶形相貌更好,且大大缩短了制备时间,降低了能耗;确定了烧结功率为850W,烧结时间为2min是制备九钛酸钡的最佳工艺条件.
