甘草皂苷对茯苓酸溶解度和表观油/水分配系数的影响

         

摘要

目的:测定茯苓酸在甘草皂苷溶液中表面张力、表观溶解度和表现油/水分配系数,探讨甘草皂苷对茯苓酸生物利用度的影响.方法:采用改良最大气泡法,测定茯苓酸在甘草皂苷溶液中的表面张力,确定最佳甘草皂苷浓度;采用平衡溶解度法和摇瓶法,分别测定表观溶解度和表观油/水分配系数.结果:甘草皂苷浓度增大,表面张力先降后升.随着溶液pH值由低到高,表观溶解度变大,达到最高值后逐渐降低,而表观油/水分配系数与之变化相反.结论:甘草皂苷可以增加茯苓酸在水溶液中的溶解度,从而提高茯苓酸的生物利用度.%To determine the equilibrium solubility and the apparent partition coefficient of Glycyrrhizin and Pachymic Acid in a series of phosphate buffer solutions of different pH so as to provide a basic study for the bioavailability of Glycyrrhizin on the influence of Pachymic Acid. Methods; The surface tension of Pachymic Acid in Glycyrrhizin solution was determined by the biggest bubble method for determining the optimal Glycyrrhizin concentration. A series of buffer solutions of different pH were prepared. The apparent solubility was determined by saturation method; K o/w was calculated with concentration ratio of Pachymic Acid in N - octanol and water phase after partition. Results; As Glycyrrhizin concentration increased, surface tension was first down then up. With the solution ph from low to high, apparent solubility increased to the highest then decreased gradually, and the change of K o/w coefficient was opposite. Conclusion; Glycyrrhizin can increase solubility of Pachymic Acid in aqueous solution so as to improve the bioavailability of Pachymic Acid.
