医药中间体生产废水处理工程实例

     

摘要

The Fe/C micro-electrolysis-Fenton-coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-UASB-A/O pro-cess designed by a chemical engineering enterprise in Jiangsu Province,has been used for treating the wastewater from pharmaceutical intermittent production. The results of continuous operation show that under the fo-llowing conditions:the influent flow rate is 320 m3/d,highly concentrated influent COD 15 000 mg/L,and mediumly concentrated influent COD about 1 200 mg/L,being treated by this process,the effluent COD can be stabilized at about 380 mg/L,and pH 6-9. As a result,the effluent water quality meets the third level criteria requirements speci-fied in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8976—1996).%江苏某化工企业设计采用铁炭微电解—Fenton—混凝沉淀—水解酸化—UASB—A/O工艺处理医药中间体生产废水。连续运行结果表明,在进水流量为320 m3/d、高浓进水COD为15000 mg/L、中浓进水COD为1200 mg/L左右条件下,经过该工艺处理,出水COD稳定在380 mg/L左右,pH在6~9,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的Ⅲ级标准。
