生乳阪崎肠杆菌、大肠杆菌和细菌总数的实时定量PCR检测

     

摘要

Enterobacter sakazakii, Escherichia coli and total bacteria in raw milk were studied by real-time quantitative PCR technology. The results showed that Enlerobacter sakazakii was not detected in raw milk from different teats of different dairy cattle. There were notable differences in Escherichia coli among the different raw milk. The minimum number of Escherichia coli was 4.1×102 bacteria/mL, and the maximum number of Escherichia coli was 7.3 ×103 bacteria/mL. The differences in total bacteria among the different raw milk were obvious. All of the numbers of total bacteria in the different raw milk were lower than 2 ×106 bacteria/mL, which showed that they all accorded with that of Chinese national standard. The real-time quantitative was a fast, quantitative method to detect Enterobacter sakazakii, Escherichia coli and total bacteria in raw milk.%采用实时定量PCR对生乳中阪崎肠杆菌、大肠杆菌和细菌总数进行了比较研究.结果表明:不同奶牛不同乳区的生乳样品中均未检出阪崎肠杆菌;不同奶牛不同乳区生乳样品中大肠杆菌的最低含量为4.1×102细胞数/mL,最高含量为7.3×103细胞数/mL,存在显著差异;不同奶牛不同乳区生乳样品中细菌总数存在明显差异,但都小于2×106细胞数/mL,均符合国家标准;建立的实时定量PCR法能够快速、定量检测生乳中阪崎肠杆菌、大肠杆菌和细菌总数.
