以长双歧杆菌总蛋白为参考,比较富硒长双歧杆菌总蛋白对黑色素瘤细胞的抑制作用,结果表明当富硒长双歧杆菌总蛋白浓度达到100 μg/mL时,对细胞的抑制作用显著强于长双歧杆菌总蛋白和阳性对照药物5-FU,而且富硒长双歧杆菌总蛋白与5-FU联用对黑色素瘤细胞具有协同抑制作用.此外,使用活性氧检测试剂盒测定黑色素瘤细胞内的ROS水平,结果显示,经富硒长双歧杆菌总蛋白作用后的黑色素瘤细胞可明显抑制Rosup引起的胞内ROS激增.%The whole protein of Bifidobacterium longum was used as reference to investigate the inhibitory effects of whole protein in selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum on melanoma cells.The results showed that when the total protein concentration of selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum reached 100 μg/mL,its inhibitory effects on melanoma cells were significantly higher than those of the whole protein of Bifidobacterium longum and positive control drug 5-FU.Meanwhile,whole protein of selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum combined with 5-FU had synergistic inhibition on melanoma cells.Furthermore,the melanoma intracellular ROS levels were determined by using reactive oxygen test kit.The results indicated that the melanoma cells treated with whole protein of selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum could be significantly resistant to the intracellular ROS surge induced by Rosup.
