The E-pH diagrams for the copper,zinc and iron in waste diamond cutters were drawn according to relevant thermodynamic data.The preliminary separation of three main metals can be achieved based on the thermodynamic analysis.The leaching of copper,zinc and iron were carried out.The influences of sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,reaction temperature,stirring speed and liquid-to-solid ratio on leaching of copper,zinc and iron were examined.The results show that the using sulfuric acid solution of 3.0 mol/L as leaching agent,under the conditions of leaching time of 2 h,reaction temperature of 75 ℃,stirring speed of 100 r/min,liquid-to-solid ratio of 30∶1,zinc and iron can be leached effectively,and copper isn't leached.%根据相关热力学数据,绘制了金刚石刀头中主要金属Cu、Zn、Fe的E-pH图,研究了采用稀硫酸从废金刚石刀头中浸出Cu、Zn、Fe,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出时间、反应温度、搅拌速度及液固体积质量比对Cu、Zn、Fe浸出率的影响.结果表明,采用3.0 mol/L的稀硫酸,在75 ℃、搅拌速度100 r/min、液固体积质量比30∶1条件下浸出2 h,Zn、Fe浸出效果较好,Cu基本不浸出.
