中国艺术学学科体系与艺术素质教育体系的和谐同构及其发展战略

     

摘要

中国学校艺术教育的改革已取得较大进展,但也面临着较多的矛盾和问题,需要来自科学发展观和科学的学科体系两个方面的有效支持.本文认为,当前普通大学里研究生高端领域的艺术学学科教育,不同门类艺术教育和综合艺术教育本科专业,以及各级类学校的艺术素质教育等应视为一体发展格局.应淡化行政分块管理机制,强化学科体系的自我调适机制.应形成以艺术学学科的理论理念为发展基础,以确立艺术学学科的龙头地位和宏观调控作用为前提,以人文艺术素质教育的全面铺开为主导,以教育教学质量与内涵的全面提升为核心,以各级类学校人文艺术教育多元一体模式的和谐同构为宗旨的完整发展战略.%Chinese art education reform has achieved great progress,but it is also confronted with many problems and needs effective support from the two aspects of scientific development concept and scientific discipline system.The present article believes that advanced artistic education in graduate schools,undergraduate artistic education and comprehensive art education majors,and artistic quality education in various schools should be regarded as a whole development pattern.We should reduce local administrative management and emphasize the self-adjustment mechanism of the disciplinary system.We should form the development strategy with the theory as its basis,the leading position and macro-regulation as its prerequisite,complete popularity of humanitarian and artistic quality education as its guide,improvement of education quality and contents as its core,and integration and harmonious co-existence of humanitarian and artistic education in various schools as its purpose.
