不同培养条件对玉米茎腐病菌生长的影响

摘要

为了筛选玉米茎腐病菌的培养材料,采用添加玉米不同部位样品的加富培养基,研究加富培养基不同添加成分对玉米茎腐病菌菌丝生长的影响；以不同粒径玉米、高梁子粒作为培养料,研究不同培养料对玉米茎腐病菌菌丝生长的影响.结果表明添加玉米粉、玉米鲜叶的加富培养基适宜玉米茎腐病菌菌丝生长；玉米茎腐病菌的培养料以大粒径玉米为最优；当培养料中含小粒径的玉米或高梁时,在培养中期适当摇动培养瓶可促进菌丝生长.%To screen for culture medium of maize stalk rot pathogens, the effects of adding different part of corn and adding corn and sorghum with different particle size in enrichment medium on the mycelium growth of maize stalk rot pathogens were investigated. The results showed that enrichment medium adding corn flour and fresh leaves was suitable for mycelium growth of maize stalk rot pathogens. Meanwhile, the best cultivation substrate in enrichment medium for the mycelium growth was corn grain with large particle maize. When small size corn particle or sorghum grain was added in medium, proper shaking during cultivation could promote the mycelium growth.
