摘要

In the cultivation of fungi of the family Polyporaceae on synthetic media with asparagine or urea as the only nitrogen source there is a relatively rapid growth of mycelium containing a high percentage of total nitrogen. Ammonium salts of organic acids are a good source of nitrogen for wood-destroying fungi, provided that the pH of the nutrient medium is controlled. The investigated species of Basidiomycedes cannot use nitrates as the only nitrogen source. (Author)
