纤维素降解菌的筛选及酶活力测定

         

摘要

Seventeen strains which could degrade cellulose were isolated from soil stacked cow dung and straw for a long time, and eight strains (TC-2, TC-4, TC-5, TC-6, TC-8, TC-11, TC-12, TC-13) of them were selected by Congo red medium and HaoQiXun medium. Then the cellulose and filter paperlyase activities of them were measured. The activities of cellulose and filter paperlyase of TC-11 were both more than 1.0 IU indicating that TC-11 was a valuable strain and worth to be studied in future.%从延安市宝塔区杨家湾长期堆积牛粪和秸秆的腐殖土中筛选到17株纤维素降解菌,经刚果红培养基、赫奇逊培养基复筛,得到TC-2、TC-4、TC-5、TC -6、TC-8、TC-11、TC-12、TC-13共8株可分解纤维素的菌株,对其进行纤维素酶活力(CMCA)和滤纸酶活力(FPA)的测定.结果表明,菌株TC-11产生的两种酶的酶活力均较高,可作为进一步研究的试验菌株.
