固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定水中23种多氯联苯和10种有机氯农药残留

         

摘要

Solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was used to determine 23 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and 10 Organochlorine pesticides (6 DDT and 4 HCH) simultaneously in water samples.The linearity with wide range concentrations of these chemicals, and high sensitivity of this method were demonstrated. The recoveries of PCBs, DDT and HCH in water samples ranged 78.1%~106.8%,86.1%~103.5%, and 81.6%~105.2%, respectively.The minimum Limit of Detections for PCBs, DDT and HCH were 0.39~4.20 ng/L,0.06~0.15 ng/L,0.52~1.79 ng/L, respectively.%开发了一种采用固相萃取技术同时萃取水样中23种多氯联苯(PCBs),6种滴滴涕(DDT)和4种六六六(HCH),并采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测的方法.该方法对水样中PCBs、DDT和HCH检测具有较高的灵敏度和较宽的线性范围,最低检测限分别为0.39~4.20 ng/L、0.06~0.15 ng/L、0.52~1.79 ng/L,加标回收率分别为78.1%~109.8%、86.1%~105.5%和81.6%~107.2%.
