基于特质属性分析的传统村落保护规划策略研究r——以郑州上街方顶村为例

摘要

sWith the rapid process of urbanization throughout the country, the traditional villages are facing various problem, such as the unbalance of the population structure, loss of population, the slow pace of economic development as well as the downfall of the material space. How to protect and inherit the traditional villages well has become the focus of the village planning. Taking the famous village of Fangding, which is located in He'nan province, as an example, we firstly sort out the village history and analyze the traits and attributes, then we propose the corresponding protection pattern and the social developmental strategies, we hope these measures can provide some useful ideas for the organic protection and sustainable development of traditional villages.%随着我国城镇化进程的快速推进,传统村落面临着种种问题,比如人口结构失衡、流失严重、经济发展缓慢、物质空间衰败等问题.如何将传统村落更好地保护和传承下去,是近年来村庄规划研究普遍关注的议题.该文以河南历史文化名村方顶村为例,通过村落历史脉络梳理和特质属性分析,进而提出相应的保护规划模式和社会发展策略,以期为传统村落的有机保护与可持续发展提供一些有益思路.
