At present, our country is carrying on the large-scale high-speed railway construction, and the cities along the way take this opportunity as a new round of urban development. Under the background of urban renewal, the station hub area will usher in a new development opportunity and challenge. Taking Zaoyang Railway Station renovation project as an example, from the development localization, the station traffic transformation, land adjustment and other aspects, we emphatically study the original station, the city traffic integration and city space development under the introduction of high-speed railway, we also summarize the transformation strategy of Zaoyang Station.%当前我国的高速铁路正在进行大规模建设和网络化布局,沿线城市纷纷以此为契机进行新一轮的城市发展.以车站为核心的枢纽地区在城市更新发展的背景下,将迎来新的发展机遇与挑战.该文以枣阳站站区改造项目为例,从站区的发展定位、交通改造、用地调整等方面展开分析,重点研究了高铁引入下的既有站点与城市交通整合及城市空间发展的问题,总结枣阳站站区更新改造策略.
