The third auction in 2012 by MOTC BOHSR for the lands at the HSR Toyuan Station District had been completed on December 24, 2012. All four bids were auctioned off successfully. For the four bids of constructible land at Taoyuan Station District, BOHSR received a total of 34 tenders. For these 4 residential land bids, the winning bid price ranged from NT$140,268 to NT$208,776 per square meter, representing premiums from 11% to 55%. This set a new high record for the Taoyuan Station land auction, signifying the intense market attraction to the future development in the Taoyuan Station area.
