持续质量改进在减少精神科护理不良事件中的应用

摘要

Objectives: To discuss the effect of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in reducing adverse nursing events in psychiatric department and promoting the safety of medical services. Methods Employ CQI to search and solve potential safety problems, and thus implement effective management measures for patient safety. Results CQI could find existing and potential safety risks, and decrease the occurrence of adverse events. By applying CQI, the number of adverse nursing events in the author's hospital (a 3-A Psychiatry Specialized Hospital) declined by 26.6%from 2011 to 2012. Conclusions CQI strengthened quality control over nursing services, prevented defects in the process, and significantly reduced the incidence of adverse nursing events.%　　目的探讨持续质量改进(CQI)在减少精神科护理不良事件、提高医疗服务安全方面取得的效果。方法利用CQI对护理安全隐患进行排查、整改，落实患者安全的有效管控措施。结果 CQI能及时发现现存的和潜在的安全隐患，降低护理不良事件的发生率。通过CQI，2012年我院（三级甲等精神病专科医院）护理不良事件发生数比2011年的护理不良事件发生数下降了26.6%。结论 CQI加强了对护理服务环节的质量控制，起到了预防护理缺陷的作用，能有效降低护理不良事件的发生率。
