武警部队在大抓军事训练的同时,广泛开展战伤自救互救训练,取得一定成效,但是与落实新大纲和实战要求还有差距.主要问题是部分官兵思想认识模糊,重视程度不够,训练实效不强,质量不高,骨干指导水平较低.应该加强教育引导,提高思想认识,规范训练秩序,提高训练质量,完善激励机制.%In recent years, the self and mutual saving training were carried out in CAPF of war wound extensively, that has achieved some effects. However, there were some gaps between implementing New Outline and requirements of actual combats. The main problems were that part officers and soldiers have not paid adequate attention on it, the training quality and effect were bad, the introduction level was low. Thus, education and guidance should be strengthened, ideological understanding should be improved and training order should be standardized to increase training quality and perfect encouraging system.
