If the assessment unit assesses in the assessment processing that the rotation of the servomotor is not being transmitted to the instrument, the calculation unit causes iterative processing, in which search processing is repeatedly performed, to be performed, the search processing comprising the rotation processing performed by the rotation control unit, the waveform data acquisition processing performed by the waveform data acquisition unit, and the assessment processing performed by the assessment unit.
