6Sigma管理模式在文职护士卫勤技能训练中的应用

         

摘要

目的 为提高文职护士管理质量,找出管理存在的缺陷,提出改进方法,实现理想中的零缺陷管理.方法 采用6 Sigma管理模式对68名文职护士进行管理,并与应用6 Sigma管理模式前,应用后1年,2年,3年后4项考核的通过率,以及随机抽取3名文职护士在应用6 Sigma管理模式前,应用后1年,2年,3年后4项考核的成绩进行比较分析.结果 应用6 Sigma管理模式后68名文职护士4项考核的通过率逐年提高;随机抽取的3名文职护士4项考核的成绩也逐年提高.结论 6 Sigma管理模式在文职护士管理工作中的应用,将能更好地提高文职护士的综合素质,提高护理质量和卫勤保障能力.%Objective To improve the quality of nursing management, identify shortcomings and propose improvement methods to achieve the ideal zero - defect management. Methods 6 Sigma management was adopted to manage 68 non - commissioned civilian nurses. The assessment rate was compared in the 68 nurses before, and 1,2,3,4 years after the application of the 6 Sigma management. Three nurses were randomly selected and examination result was compared in them before, and 1,2,3,4 years after the application of the management. Results After application of 6 Sigma management, the assessment rate of non - commissioned civilian nurses increased every year; four assessment results improved year by year in a random sample of three non - commissioned civilian nurses. Conclusion The application of 6 Sigma management in the non - commissioned civilian nursing will be able to improve the overall quality of non - commissioned civilian nurses and improve the quality of care and medical support capabilities.
