BPR has been a popular topic among enterprises in recent years. As a new philosophy of quality control, 6Sigma's continuously improving idea provides new train of thought for BPR. This article uses process priority square formation method, ASME process analysis method, five-element analysis method, IT etc. to reengineer and appraise a certain large-sized hospital's outpatient hospitalizing process, it is based on DMAIC model which solves management problems through 6Sigma and 'theory of labor combination' and 'customer –oriented principle' of BPR, aiming at providing references to improve service quality for our country's service enterprises.
