6Sigma管理模式在手术室器械管理中的应用及对质量的影响

摘要

目的：探讨6Sigma管理模式在手术室腔镜器械的管理中的应用及对管理质量的影响，旨在提高管理水平，保障手术安全进行。方法我们选取自2012年6月至2013年12月，应用6Sigma管理模式对手术室器械进行管理后作为观察组，同时选取实施6Sigma前的状况作为对照组。对比分析两组的管理质量、不良事件的发生率。结果观察组器械准备准确率，无菌物品和包装合格率均高于对照组，器械更换和丢失频次均显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在手术室器械管理中实施6Sigma管理模式能够有效提高手术器械的管理质量，值得推广应用。%ObjectiveTo explore the inlfuences on quality of six sigma management mode of laparoscopic apparatus in the operating room management of Surgical instruments .
