6Sigma管理模式在手术室、供应室一体化手术器械管理中的应用

     

摘要

目的 探讨6Sigma管理模式在手术室、供应室一体化手术器械管理中的应用效果.方法 手术室与供应室一体化手术器械管理中运用6Sigma管理模式,采用自制护理管理效果及满意度调查表对管理后服务对象进行分层调查,并与实施6Sigma管理模式前进行比较.结果 实施6Sigma管理模式后各指标包括手术室器械更换率、遗失损耗率、锐器伤发生率显著低于改进前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护士责任意识增强,物品包装合格率、无菌包合格率以及医生的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 运用6Sigma质量管理模式能够提高工作效率,减少失误,使手术室标准化护理的过程达到最优状态,从而提高护理质量.%Objective To investigate the application effect of 6Sigma management model in integrated surgical instruments management in operating room and supply room. Methods 6Sigma management model was taken in integrated surgical instruments management in operating room and supply room. Stratified survey was taken on managed service object with homemade care management effectiveness and satisfaction questionnaire. It was compared with that before implementation of 6Sigma management. Results After the application of the 6Sigma management, the operating room equipment replacement rate, loss and wastage rate and the incidence of sharp injuries were all lower than before, the differences were all statistically significant (all P < 0.05); the nurses' sense of responsibility were enhanced, and the qualified rate of package, the qualified rate of sterile package and doctors' satisfaction rate were improved, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Taking 6Sigma management model can improve efficiency, reduce errors, make standardized nursing process of the operating room to optimal state, thereby it can improve the quality of nursing.
