PBL模式在疗养院专业培训中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨PBL模式在疗养院医护人员专业培训中的应用价值。方法以疗养院某科室医护人员作为研究对象,随机平均分成两组,对照组与实验组,每组各10人。对照组采用传统培训法,实验组采用PBL 模式培训,评价两组的培训效果。结果在理论考核及技能考核中,实验组较对照组的考核成绩明显提高,两组比较存在显著性差异( P<0.05)。结论 PBL 培训模式提高疗养院医护人员在培训中的积极性、主动性,提高对理论知识及前沿进展的掌握,提高分析及解决临床问题的能力,提高在职人员的急救实战水平,有利于各层次医护人员综合素质的提高和培养。%Objective To investigate the application value of PBL model in vocational training of medical workers in sanatorium .Methods 20 medical workers of a department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group , each group of 10 workers .The workers in control group were trained with traditional training method and the experimental group with PBL ( problem based learning ) training method .The training effects of two groups were evaluated .Results The test scores of the experimental group was higher obviously than that of the con -trol group in both theory test and skill test .The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL training model has improved the training enthusiasm and initiative of medical workers , improved the master degree of theory knowledge and progress , improved the abilities of analyzing and solving clinical problems ,improved the level of emergency treatment .It is in favor of developing comprehensive competences of medical workers .
