The facility has a call center (RZ) with a switching facility (TK) and with an application server (RS) for detecting and forwarding of incoming calls. A mobile hand terminal (MT) has transmitting and/or receiving modules (FMD, FMS), where one module is designed for speech telephony and the other module is designed for transferring call data with the center. The server is connected to a data transmitting and receiving unit.
