地方院校大学生学习投入的影响因素研究

             

摘要

文章对505名地方院校的在校大学生学习投入情况展开调查,以课堂认真程度、课后投入、课堂参与度、性别、就读高校以及学习目标是否明确作为自变量,学习投入作为因变量建立Logit回归模型,分析影响大学生学习投入水平的因素.研究显示,在学习投入水平上,男生和女生之间有性别差异,农村与城市之间有地区差异,有无明确的学习目标和课堂参与度不同之间都存在差异等,最后提出了提高女大学生和农村大学生的学习投入,明确学习目标、增强上课认真程度方式的相关建议.%The paper makes a survey on college students' learning engagement in 505 local colleges,and establish the Logit regression model which takes serious degree in classroom,engagement after classroom, participation in classroom,gender,college,and whether the learning objective is clear or not as the inde-pendent variable,learning engagement as dependent variable,and analyzes the influence factors about col-lege students' learning engagement. The result shows that in learning engagement,there is gender difference between boys and girls,regional difference between rural and city,and also has difference in learning objec-tive and classroom participation. Finally,the paper proposes the countermeasures about how to improve the learning engagement for female college students and rural college students,and clear the learning objective,
