In the face of the change of education system; the modern vocational school system is proposed. From the essence of education policy, modern vocational school system is the reflection of social interests. This nature decides the important value of constructing modern vocational school system. Therefore, the intension and value of modern vocational school system should be excavated to provide constructive suggestions for the development of modern vocational school.%现代职业学校制度是公共教育组织形式面对教育体制的变革提出的。从教育政策本质上看，现代职业学校制度是社会利益的集中反映，这一本质决定了现代职业学校制度建设不能忽视的价值。因此，要深刻挖掘现代职业学校制度的内涵及其具有的价值，为现代职业学校的发展提出富有创造性的建议。
