高职教育的使命与高职教师的责任

摘要

新形势下高职教育的使命是培养具有职业精神、高素质、全面发展的技术技能人才，这一使命需要由高职教师来完成。通过对高职教育的性质、使命，高职教师的责任、素质要求和成长路径进行分析，从而使高职教师可以认清角色，明确责任，创造性地完成本职工作，实现高职教育的发展目标。%The mission of higher vocational education is to cultivate the technical skilled talents with occupational spirits, high quali⁃ty and comprehensive development under the new situation. The mission needs to be completed by the teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the nature, mission of higher vocational education, and responsibility of higher vocational teachers, their quality requirements and the growth path, higher vocational teachers can recognize their roles, clarify responsibility and finish their work creatively, to realize the goal of development of higher vocational education.
