速录技能学习中习得性无助感的成因及对策

         

摘要

随着市场对高级速录师的巨大需求,许多职业院校纷纷将速录课程纳入到专业教学中。但是速录技能的学习是一个周期长、见效慢,且相对枯燥的一个过程,学生在学习过程中很容易出现“习得性无助”的心理。在对速录学习中“习得性无助”心理现象的表现及产生原因进行分析的基础上,提出重视速录学习环境的营造、引导学生进行积极的自我归因、及时预防和规避习得性无助感的产生的解决方法。%Due to huge demand for advanced stenographers in the market, many vocational institutes also take the stenography course into their professional teaching. However, learning stenography skills is a relatively boring process with long cycle and slow effect. The students are prone to the mentality of learned helplessness during the learning process. This paper analyzes the perfor⁃mance and causes of the psychological phenomenon of learned helplessness in the learning of stenography and provides the corre⁃sponding solutions of paying attention to creating learning environment, guiding students to actively self-attributing and preventing and avoiding learned helplessness in time.
