工程应用机械类本科人才“3＋0.5＋0.5”培养模式

摘要

目前，高校和企业的人才供需矛盾比较突出，传统教学模式下培养的人才不能完全满足企业和社会对机械类人才的需求。本文根据机械设计制造及其自动化专业的人才培养目标，结合市场对机械类人才的需求现状，构建了“3＋0.5＋0.5”人才培养模式。其核心内容是前3年学生在学校完成理论课及课程实验、通识教育实践内容；利用半年时间在企业进行专业单项实践；再用半年时间进行专业综合实践。通过与企业深度合作，培养基础扎实、适用面宽、技术应用能力强的应用型机械人才。%Currently,talentsupplyanddemandcontradictionofuniversitiesandbusinessesisprominent;trainingofpersonnelin thetraditionalteachingmodecannotfullymeetthedemandofenterprisesandsocietyformechanicaltalents.Accordingtome-chanicaldesign,manufacturingandautomationprofessionaltalenttrainingobjectives,combinedwiththestatusofmarketde-mandtomechanicaltalents,built“3+0.5+0.5”trainingmode.Thecorecontentofthestudentsistocompletethetheory courses,courseexperimentandrecognizingeducationpracticecontentattheschoolinthepreviousthreeyears;professionalindi-vidualpractice in the enterprise spending on six months;and professional comprehensive practice spending on six months.Throughdepthcooperationwithenterprises,develop“solidfoundation,applicablewideandstrongabilitytoapplytech-nology’appliedmechanicaltalents.
