高速铁路简支箱梁钢筋整体绑扎、吊装施工工艺

         

摘要

With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country,the precast prestressed concrete simply sup-ported box girder is more widely used,its construction technology is more understood by each construction organization. In order to improve production efficiency,ensure the construction quality and save production cost,Optimization and connection of each process is more and more important.The integral binding and hoisting of box girder rebars Relative to partly binding,the integral binding and hoisting of box girder rebars is helpful to ensuring the steel bar binding quality, reducing the deformation of rebar framework,decreasing the hold-up time of pedestal,improve the service efficiency of formwork,speeding up the construction progress,decreasing the site occupation area and saving the construction produc-tion cost.Based on the above advantages,the integral binding and hoisting technology of box girder rebars is more and more used by box girder construction enterprise,its work efficiency and economic advantages also emerge gradually.%随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,预制简支预应力混凝土箱梁的应用越来越广泛,各施工单位对简支箱梁施工工艺的了解也越来越透彻,为提高预制箱梁的生产工效、保证施工质量、节约生产成本,各工序的优化和衔接也显得越来越重要。箱梁钢筋整体绑扎主要是先将梁体底腹板钢筋绑扎完成,再通过临时支撑将顶板钢筋与底腹板钢筋在绑扎胎具上连成整体,形成完整的钢筋骨架,再使用起重设备将钢筋骨架整体吊入模板内。相对于分体绑扎,箱梁钢筋的整体绑扎、吊装有利于保证钢筋绑扎质量,减少钢筋骨架变形,减少台座占用时间,提高模板使用效率,加快施工进度,并减少场地占用面积,节约施工生产成本。基于以上优点,箱梁钢筋整体绑扎、吊装技术将越来越多地被箱梁施工企业采用,其工效及经济优势也将逐步展现。
