河北产蜂胶提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制作用

摘要

Objective To study the antibacterial effect of Hebei propolis in different menstruum extraction on the propionibacterium acnes in vitro. Methods Propionibaeterium acnes were cultured by mieroplating method, and the bacteriostatic action of propolis in different menstruum extraction against propionibacterium acnes was determined by measuring their minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC). Results The MIC of propolis extracted by 95% alcohol,75% alcohol and water against propionibacterium acnes was 512 μg·mL-1 ,8 μg·mL-1 and 54 μg·mL-1 , respectively. Conclusion The different menstruum extractions of Hebei propolis showed satisfactory bacteriostatic action against propionibacterium acnes in vitro.%目的 探讨河北产蜂胶不同溶剂提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制作用.方法 采用微量板法培养痤疮丙酸杆菌,观察不同溶剂蜂胶提取物溶液对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌效果,并确定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果 蜂胶95％乙醇提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为512 μg·mL-1；蜂胶75％乙醇提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为8μg· mL-1；蜂胶水提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为54 μg· mL-1.结论 河北产蜂胶不同溶剂提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌均有较好的体外抑菌效果,蜂胶75％乙醇提取物的抑菌效果＞蜂胶水提取物＞蜂胶95％乙醇提取物.
