The article takes the movement analysis of the whereabouts stage of the running wheel of a beater as an example,establishes multi-objective optimized models of dynamic parameters about the impact wheel. Linear weighted sum method,contained in the multi-objective optimized method,is used to make the multi-objective optimized problem into simple-objective optimized problem, and the effective solution is the optimal solution of the multi-objective optimization problem which is obtained by using the MATLAB software. Thus the dynamic capability of the impact wheel both on horizontal direction and vertical direction will be greatly improved.%以夯实机冲击轮下落阶段进行运动分析为例,建立冲击轮动力参数的多目标优化模型,以水平速度变化率最小和垂直速度变化率最大为两追求目标.运用多目标优化方法中的线性加权和法对其进行优化处理,由多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,运用MATLAB软件解得的最优解即为该多目标优化问题的有效解.使得优化后的冲击轮动力性能在水平方向和垂直方向上均有较大的改善.
