基于水泥混凝土路面抗滑耐磨性能的研究

             

摘要

Available data show that the anti-sliding ability of cement concrete pavement is insufficient. The paper shows that with the increase of using the fixed number of years,the anti-sliding performance drops quickly,and good anti-sliding ability can enhance automobile tire and road surface friction and reduce the number of traffic accidents. We find the fine aggregate wear resistance of concrete pavement can improve the pavement anti-sliding ability for a long time and select the high wear-resisting performance of pavement materials which is the important measures for improving the capability of the cement concrete pavement skid resistance and can fundamentally solve the cement concrete pavement anti-sliding ability of rapid degradation problem.We study the cement concrete workability of the influence on the pavement skid resistance performance and mechanism of sand,natural sand and standard sand which are made of the cement mortar can be along with the increase of water cement ratio,and the flexural, compressive strength decreases,fluidity and wear quantity increases gradually. Cement mortar wear is reduced gradually with the increasing of the yield stress,and the wear-resisting performance is increased.The results show there is a good liner relationship between the yield stress and the amount of wear and tear,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.89.%现有资料表明,水泥混凝土路面抗滑能力不足,随着使用年限的增加其抗滑性能下降很快,良好的抗滑能力能够增强汽车轮胎与路面的摩擦力,可以减少交通事故的发生.水泥混凝土路面细集料的耐磨性能够改善路面的长期抗滑能力,选用高耐磨性能的路面材料是改善水泥混凝土路面抗滑能力的重要措施,能够从本质上解决水泥混凝土路面抗滑能力快速降低的问题.通过水泥混凝土工作性对路面抗滑性能影响的研究,得出机制砂、天然砂和标准砂制作的水泥砂浆都会随水灰比的增大,其抗弯拉、抗压强度逐渐降低,流动度和磨损量逐渐变大;水泥砂浆磨损量随屈服应力的增加逐渐降低,耐磨性能逐渐增强,且屈服应力和磨损量之间具有较好的线性对应关系,相关系数都在0.89以上.
