人类短串联重复D21S1409的遗传多态性研究

摘要

Objective： We researched the genetic polymorphisms of D21S1409 in Henan population and its using in forensic science. Methods： Collecting not-relative persons in Henan population and getting the DNA with Chelex.Using polymerase chain reaction and nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis silver staining to type the persons. Results： A total of 6 alleles and 12 genotypes was found in Henan population,its heterozygosity is high and the locus can be used in forensic genetics. Conclusion: We get the frequency of the locus D21S1409 in Henan population.The results of amniotic fluid,villus,blood stain mean D21S1409 is a good locus for forensic.%目的： 研究人类短串联重复序列D21S1409在河南汉族人群中的遗传多态性，并探讨该基因座在法医学的应用可能性。方法： 采集河南无血缘关系汉族个体血样，应用Chelex法提取DNA，聚合酶链式反应扩增，非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分型。结果： 得到D21S1409在河南汉族群体中的基因频率，有6个等位基因，12个基因型，杂合度为0.65，个体识别库为0.81，非父排除率为0.37。结论： 该基因座多态性较好，分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡，可以用于个体识别和亲权鉴定。
