浅谈高职院校成果导向教育模式

摘要

The outcome-oriented education model is a reform of Chinese education, the traditional mode of higher vocational education in talents cultivation has revealed various disadvantages, which makes traditional educational reform imperative. This paper expounded from the aspects of theory composition, forms, feasibility and features of education theory, hoping to meet the development needs of the country and economic society, and actively promote educational reform in the guidance of outcome-oriented educational philosophy.%成果导向教育模式是中国教育的一场改革，传统的高职教育模式在人才培养上已显露各种弊端，传统的教育教学改革势在必行。本文从成果导向教育模式理论构成、表现形式及可行性，成果导向教育理论的特点等几方面阐述了成果导向教育模式，以期适应国家及经济社会发展需要，在成果导向教育理念的指导下，积极推进教育教学改革。
