PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for grasping detail work results including the increase/decrease of workers or the change of stations (work areas) in the production line of products to be produced in a plurality of processes.SOLUTION: A production result management system includes: work terminals disposed in work areas to which the processes of products to be produced in a plurality of processes are respectively allocated; and a server device communicably connected to the work terminals, Each process includes one or more works to be performed in a predetermined order. The works are performable even in work areas other than the work areas to which the processes including the works are allocated. The work terminals respectively include: start time acquisition means for acquiring the start time of the works; and work result acceptance means for, as for the works performed in the work area in which an own terminal is disposed, accepting that the works have been completed. The server device acquires the start time acquired by the start time acquisition means and the completion time when the work results have been accepted by the work result acceptance means.
